My basic premise regarding coaching is that you have all the answers.
Sometimes however, you aren’t able to see them because of everything
else you have going on. Sometimes it takes a neutral outsider to help
you see what you already know. Through questioning and gentle prodding
I help executives get in touch with their own strengths, put some
structure and process around ideas and become better leaders. I only
work with leaders who want to grow their companies and themselves and
are open to new ideas about how to do that.

Clients must agree to a minimum of two hours per month.
MEETING FACILITATION
Full and half day sessions available to facilitate a meeting of your leadership
team or a company wide meeting with specific results in mind. Planning
will include purposes, goals and format discussion. Also available
for weekend retreats with executive management teams and spouses.

Strategic planning for companies can be difficult if one of the stakeholders
facilitates the meeting. Half, Full or Multiple day strategic planning
sessions available depending upon the size of your team and your
expected outcomes. Pre planning sessions will be billed at hourly rates.
